Tennessee Oncology is excited to announce the opening of a new cancer care clinic in Morristown, Tennessee—our second location in northeast Tennessee. This new clinic underscores our ongoing commitment to providing accessible, high-quality cancer care to patients in the region.
Dr. Mailien Rogers, a skilled oncologist and hematologist, will lead the new clinic. Dr. Rogers, who previously treated patients at Morristown-Hamblen Healthcare System, brings her expertise and compassionate care to this new facility. The clinic will offer comprehensive diagnostic and treatment services, including access to the latest clinical trials and innovative therapies from Tennessee Oncology’s network.
An East Tennessee native, Dr. Rogers completed her medical education at the West Virginia School of Osteopathic Medicine before returning home to complete her training, including serving as Chief of the Internal Medicine Residency Program and Chief of the Medical Oncology Fellowship at East Tennessee State University. She also earned both her undergraduate degree and an applied science degree in radiologic technology from ETSU, making her deeply connected to the local community she now serves.
“We are thrilled to welcome Dr. Rogers and team to the Tennessee Oncology family,” said Dr. Natalie Dickson, Tennessee Oncology’s President and Chief Executive Officer. “Her expertise and commitment to patient care will make a significant impact in Morristown and surrounding counties.”
