The 340B program was intended to help uninsured, poor, or vulnerable patients access needed medical care. Unfortunately, it has instead become a profit-generator for hospitals abusing the program to make huge profits! 340B is literally costing us billions of dollars in unnecessary spending by shifting cancer care into the much more expensive hospital setting. Congress must fix 340B to save it from hospital greed.
