Nurse Residency Program

Program Eligibility

  • Graduate of BSN or ADN-ASN program
  • Must have a current TN or compact state RN license
  • Nurse with less than 6 months of experience at time of program start date
  • Current Tennessee Oncology approved BLS provider card (AHA or ARC)

What to Expect

Tennessee Oncology’s residency provides a structured, intense, learning environment whose goal is to build a strong foundation of theoretical and hands-on experiences for the nurse’s first year of professional practice.
